vhost-device-can missing vhost-user-can support in QEMU

I noticed that the vhost-user-can support, as mentioned in the README, seems to be maintained in a separate fork: https://github.com/virtualopensystems/qemu/tree/vhu-can-rfc
It would be great to have this patches upstreamed in QEMU. @TimosAmpel would you be able to help with the upstreaming process for these patches?

Hello, I am working on the driver and I figured that the device was missing in QEMU. I was planing to send the patches to QEMU soon if @TimosAmpel can't.

You can submit the patches with Timos' signed off if they don't reply, shouldn't be a problem. Make sure to preserve the From: authorship too.
