Saving PHP-type Hanna without permission saves as Text-type #20
Description
When a user has the permission to view but not to edit Hanna codes of the PHP type and attempts to save, the code changes type to Text and is saved. Thus corrupts the website. Is it an issue or is it by design? (Not convenient in either case...)
