Setting `postgres.port` does not work on `RedHat` OSes

Found during testing with #262.  Modifying `postgresql.conf` doesn't work.  It requires customising the `systemd` service as outlined [on this page](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/25148693/need-help-to-change-postgresql-port-on-centos-7).
