ACE/ACI: failing tests

The ACE and ACI-NH tests have started failing due to recent pushes by @ebayats . https://albany-lcm-cdash.sandia.gov/viewTest.php?onlyfailed&buildid=32 Need to look at failures and rebaseline, as appropriate.

I have checked that the solutions to most of these tests are still OK and have rebaselined those. The exception is the MiniErosion_Denudation test. This used to run for 71 time steps and produce a solution that looks like the following.

Now, we get the following for time steps 60, 65 and 66:

The solution goes crazy as you can see. @ebayats , @lxmota , would you mind helping me troubleshoot this? I am not sure what about the changes would cause an instability like this. Perhaps the problem needs to be set up differently.
