Sync with GaTech repo

The versions I added here is from January 24th, which are the ones that have. These need to be updated. In particular, the following repos have been moved into a single repo (I know how we feel about mono repos, but they're back again... sorry Rick).

• kokkos-mock into its own directory
• kokkos-mistakes into its own directory
• All the examples are now put into kokkos-examples/ canonical-mistakes and other-examples (and maybe miniApps, see Check if we need to add miniApps or just link to repos #2 )

Anyway, I don't have the time to get everything in sync so I'm trusting my esteemed colleagues to handle the switching of development from Gatech to here :)

I think we primarily need the first three canonical mistake examples as the top priority - we need to document them and their usage with program analysis tools like kleekos and Mock-Kokkos. The miniApps are important but not as urgent.
