Libraries panel: Add option to view table properties and its column details #1537

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Now we have only delete and download function for dataset. Would be helpful to have dataset properties and column information from the right click from libraries view.
Describe the solution you'd like
In SAS EG and SAS web studio, it can view the general properities and columns of a dataset easly.
SAS EG has the right click function Propeties which will show the General (information) and Columns (Name, Type, Length, Format, Informat, and Label).
