Custom Background Feature

While adding custom background of size A4, background is cutting from the edges and when reducing the size of image to around 425px by 580px then quality of image is reduced.

Enable a feature in which background of size A4 can be inserted easily.

Hi, can you share a screenshot? I am not exactly able to replicate the issue.
