Allow configurable timeout

Hi,

either with scw CLI or registry-version-based-retention on some big container, I have sometimes (depending the tag size I guess):

scw registry tag delete 3d7b8c4c-2bda-4322-84aa-a47dd648c38d
Upstream request timeout

or

 scaleway-sdk-go: error executing request: Delete "https://api.scaleway.com/registry/v1/regions/fr-par/tags/f5b7e2a
8-01e5-46ee-9ab0-3a67ab2de933": context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)

I was not able a find a way to override the timeout for this operation.
