FNO not imported

Hello,

Thank you for sharing this repo and I'm very interested in testing it. However, when I tried to run the McWilliams2d example, I got an error "no module named 'fno' ". When I test the fno module through sfno.py the error showed "attempted relative import with no known parent package"

I cloned the repo and successfully installed both the requirements and torch-cfd in a new environment. I tried to check if there is any additional installation requirments or guidance in fno folder but could find it. Could you help me with that? I'm not very familiar with the installation process.

I only included torch_cfd folder in the pip release, let me add the ML part to the next release.
