Makefile clean recipe is naive to custom install locations

Makefile has a clean recipe that currently assumes the default installation location ~/Scientific-Python on linux or ~/Applications/Scientific-Python on mac (currently it does nothing in Windows, as we haven't tested there yet). We should keep track of install location somehow and leverage that info in the Makefile.
