Scratch Code Executing While Not Connected to an Event Block

Expected Behavior

The script should not be executing since it is not connected to any event blocks.

Actual Behavior

The script executes despite not being connected to any event blocks or having any way of executing.

I can reproduce the bug, but I think it's just a visual glitch - the 'Interpret' block is still running when you disconnect the script, but only the block's definition is glowing and the loop isn't. When the block ends, it continues doing the loop and the loop starts glowing, and then it stops glowing when it enters the next custom block, and so on
