Focus doesn't go to commit message input box after selecting an emoji

I am on the VSCode Insiders Preview version but, as the title says, pressing Enter on the emoji selection doesn't automatically move the focus back to the commit message text box. Not a major issue but would be nice to see fixed.

It does seem to work randomly from time to time but like 95% of the time it defaults to the code window instead.

This problem has been encountered before, but there was no code change, just waiting for VSCode to update to fix it.

I'm having the same issue on my vscode 1.99.3 😢 I find it extremely annoying.

Minor work around (for the mouse-phobic) is just to key bind your Source Control in your activity bar. Then you can refocus the panel by hitting your keyboard shortcut after selecting a gitmoji.

I've run into this same issue myself and found it quite frustrating. However, I believe this might be a duplicate of #20. In particular, I'd recommend checking out @seatonjiang's reply, which offers a detailed explanation of the underlying VSCode API limitations and why a perfect fix may not currently be possible.
