Emoji gets inserted into all submodules

Description

I have a repo with multiple submodules. Now when choosing a Gitmoji it inserts them into all submodules. I would expect it to insert it into the one I have selected.

There is an discussion, see link here. Might this be related to the issue #55 ?

VS Code Version: 1.95.3

Reproduction

1. Have a repo with 1 or more submodules
2. Change a file and save it
3. Choose a Gitmoji
4. Check if Gitmoji has been inserted to all submodules
