Add deep-learning models for CTW2020

The project is currently missing deep-learning models for CTW2020 ways to go:

• Parametrize existing models from CTW2019 (current ones are written in Keras and have hardcoded input size)
• Introduce new ones (from papers, conferences, ...) and include them in the code base.
