Usernames Leak: Still present in contact list, chats even when the conversation has already begun from both ends

Bug description

1. Start a chat using only usernames. Numbers are hidden from discoverability.
2. On some chats we see a distinct "You have started chat with username.22" message and their profile names take over replacing usernames.
3. While on others, this message does not appear at all and their usernames remain visible in both messages and as contacts within Signal.
4. No contacts are saved locally or any such permissions allowed during setup. Only username based connection.
