Hello Signal Community
New user of your app here. I downloaded and installed your app Google play store today, all worked smooth and perfectly. I changed some settings, I was add in a group chat with some people, I tried my notes, every was just perfect until I upload 3 pdf files, that was just a little nightmare for me.
"Fichier sans titre" (french version) for you geez :"unnamed file"
And i retried and retried, with other pdfs, editing the meta datas of the files, trying to upload from different angles / functionality in my android, but always.. always "fichier sans titre" is diplayed.
So you know what? I tried on WhatsApp and it worked perfectly at the first try.
What do I have to thing about that ? When I downloaded these files from Signal to my smartphone, The name of the files is changed in something "signal-2025-09-30-18-03-44-774.pdf" .
Is there a possibility that your app wiped out my metadatas / the name / title of the pdf files for some reason ?
Last edit: I tried to change the language with EN, in settings Apperance, but the problem is not resolved "unnamed file" is diplayed
