Add meeting chronology #282
Description
We reuse a lot of content from past meetings. It might be useful to have some sort of "chronology ID" which lets us link to all revisions of a specific meeting, so that we can:
- suggest a newer version of the meeting if an old meeting is being viewed
- quickly find all related meetings and see how content has changed over time
An example would be chronologically linking Web I from Fall 2021, Fall 2022, Fall 2023, etc. together.
