Allow redirects to existing triggers/replies

Not sure how to use @redirects, since they seem to require only one word, and most of my triggers are phrases

Redirects really need to be re-imagined for the editor as well. The metaphor breaks down when we introduce a id.

From my tests (see the Google doc documentation here), this works in the editor. Isn't it supposed to work because of the IDs?
