--full option for outputting a single HTML page (use it with --open to get search working)

I thought of a way I could have this work with --open - I could add a --single option which writes out a single HTML page version (not paginated) that supports search against itself, then --open could always imply --single and open that file version.

Or maybe --full rather than --single.
