ignore output of /context comands

/context generates a lot of unreadable, ephemeral information which should be omitted from the transcript.

I really want the output of /context as well as /model in the transcript (as suggested in #19). It provides "context" (and is probably the reason it's in the logs, unlike some of the other slash commands).
