ADC input polarity flipped

The differential ADC inputs are flipped. This leads to a negative ADC word when a positive voltage is applied and vice-versa. This was likely not noticed before due to the interplay with the bug fixed here.

Yeah, not sure about this.. Also changing the Phaser gateware might not be a good idea since there are a lot of Phasers out there with old gateware. So I don't know. The issue still belongs here,

May well have been intentional for routing purposes and expected to be matched with a corresponding flip in gateware or software.
In any case it's perfectly documented in the schematics, it's not a hardware problem as it doesn't limit functionality, and it won't be addressed here.
