(Feature request) reorder roads

It would be very nice to be able to re-order my roads; it's very unfun to have to scroll through all of my old roads to get to my most recent ones.

I noticed the "Code with Copilot Agent Mode" button below, pressed it, and after a little bit of prodding it generated this implementation. I'm a bit embarrassed to share the results of my vibe coding, but it seems to work quite well, and I guess that unfortunately makes me a proompt engineer. Out of consideration for the sanctity of this repo, I didn't want to use the AI-generated PR directly, so I've just attached a patch below.
