failed to work with Qt5.14.2 on Windows 10

My env is windows 10 with VS2019 and Qt5.14.2. I cloned the repo and tried to compile in "x64 native tools command prompt for vs 2019" as the docs mentioned: qmake -> nmake.

The following are my outputs:
nmake complained that 'timeval' in "eventdispatcher_libev_p.h" is unrecognized. So I added "winsock2.h" and "windows.h" to the header. and tried nmake again, this time, it said "FILETIME" is undeclared, so I add "windows.h" for it. Then, nmake said "don't know how to make libeventdispatcher_libev.a" and I renamed it to "eventdispatcher_libev.lib". Compile them again and all good so far. and I even have debug and release versions for them.

I just created a very simple QT GUI application. and added "QApplication::setEventDispatcher(new EventDispatcherLibEvQPA);" as the first line of the main function. the compilation was ok but failed to run as EventDispatcherLibEvPrivate::EventDispatcherLibEvPrivate->ev_async_start->evpipe_init->ev_syserr failed. So I added "WAStartup" as I used to when using libev on windows. But this time again, it failed in minkernel\crtsucrt\src\appcrt\lowio\osfinfo.cpp:260, Expression fh >=0 && (unsigned)fh < (unsigned)_nhandle. The trace is "
