Issues building cargo-ui for MacOS 15.x

Hi,
Was following the instructions... building using cargo install cargo-ui and while the packages are being downloaded and compiled, the install process fails at the loader level where its trying to link to older binaries made w Mac OS 11.0

Anyway to force it to recompile those dependencies as well?
Or should I just download a fully compiled version for the Mac ARM cpus?

That's odd, I'm on 15.4 without issues. What version of Xcode are you using? Did you set any environment variables for targeting specific macOS versions? What's the error you're getting?

Hm, is it possible that this is still pointing to an older sys root for an older version? Do you see an upgrade for the Xcode command line tools in the Xcode settings itself?

Hmmm not sure.
So the issue is that rust / crate is linking to older X-code libraries?
Its possible, I'm not really using xcode... for rust using visual studio.
The command line tools show version 16.3.

I'm going to remove it and re-install it.

I removed and re-installed XCode.
But in looking at my existing apple libraries... I see some are dating back to April 2022

Is there a way to get those updated?

Kinda weird. I see that its looking at Homebrew, Anaconda and possibly other tools.

Ok, I've updated homebrew and anaconda. Still run into the same issue.
The OS is up to date. XCode App was removed and re-installed.

Still same error.

Strange strange. How about xcrun --show-sdk-path ? Does that show a path that indicates an older SDK? Do you have an env variable such as SDKROOT set, by chance?

What does /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/ show?
