Add deb+rpm to the repository

To ease the installation (and to manage updates) of this project it'd be nice if it was added to your packages repository for each type (https://packages.smallstep.com/stable/[debian|fedora]).

Hey @p3lim thanks for opening this issue. This is def on my to-do list, but I am not sure on when I can get to it. I will update this issue once it is done.
