Lesson 13: TypeError: getNamedAccounts is not a function

Hello expert guys, I have been scratching my head for so long now that I dont know what to do, I am getting the error

TypeError: getNamedAccounts is not a function

I know this is because of dependencies, I am suspecting "ethers" version is not the correct one but I have tried so many of them so far no luck, like I tried the last project dependencies which worked back then, I have attached my package.json

also the syntax:

ethers.utils.parseEther

is also returning

TypeError : Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'utils')

@mmuaaz : Follow the steps :

1. First delete your node_modules folder.
2. Then Copy the package.json file, I'm giving you below,
3. Paste it, Then run yarn to install the dependencies!

Found the problem, module.exports in hardhat.config.js is not in the right place
