I was also facing the same error , @gradder7 but when i run the verify process again then it gets verified. Have your contract got verified or you still facing this issue.

Although your files are looking error free.

you have to wait about 6 block confirmations, add this line into your hardhat.config.js file
blockConfirmations: 6,
