The referer-latest.json / yaml files are out of date, missing all LLM provider information

Kudos to you for keeping the project alive!

I noticed you added various referrers to LLM engines (OpenAI, Perplexity etc) a few months back, but this is not reflected in the public AWS-shared URL - https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/snowplow-hosted-assets/third-party/referer-parser/referers-latest.json
