Update needed prerequisites #370
Description
On a Debian Stretch server, I had to install the packages "libssl-dev" and "g++" to prevent errors on "bundle install --deployment".
Also, as MySQL has been replaced by MariaDB, I had to install "libmariadbclient-dev".
