File upload crashes over 10MB

Issue description/feature:
The app crashes when file uploads exceeds over 10MB.

Why this issue to fixed/feature is needed?:
Users need to upload large files for their work.

How to reproduce, in case of a bug?:

1. Log in to the app
2. Go to file upload
3. Try to upload over 10MB
4. Crashes

Other notes/environment info:

1. Using windows11
2. Chrome browser version 90.0
