Description

Since I updated from Expo v49 (react-native-gesture-handler v2.12.1)
to Expo v53 & react-native-gesture-handler v2.24.0 (also tried on v2.28.0 and v2.18.1),
the onBegan, onEnded, onFailed and onCancelled events on Swipeable are not being triggered. They were working fine, prior to this upgrade.

Happens on Android, iOS and Web platform.

Gesture Handler version

2.24.0 (also reproduced on 2.28.0 and 2.18.1)

(When tested with Expo 49, it works fine from 2.12.1 up to 2.28.0 - but without re-building the app. I used the same build for all tests here, which might not be such a good idea.)
