Node SNMPv3 onboarding with just a CredentialID provided

Hi,

I am looking for a solution on whether it is possible to onboard a new Node into solarwinds via orionsdk-python library where we only need to provide the SNMPv3 CredentialID.

Currently, you have to provide essentially all of the SNMPv3 details. However, a workaround I found is onboarding it with SNMPv2 and then updating it to SNMPv3 and assigning the CredentialID.

@LochieP I think you can make it work with CredentialID through the node discovery.
