[Feature]: Add Confluence get inline comments tool #715

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is not convenient to grab inline comments manually from the page and work with some AI tool to fix the content of the Confluence page according to the comment. It would be easier to ask some AI tool to automatically fix the content of the page based on the retrieved inline comments.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a tool names as confluence_get_inline_comments which gets the inline comments with their positions on a text
