Create a release

@ThorstenHans is creating some documentation for non-built-in triggers. At the moment he has to point it to canary, which means users would get whatever crazy thing last got committed. It would be good to create a release so we can point people to a known checkpoint, even if we feel it's not ready to go in the registry yet.

I think we are at a point where we can cut a 0.1 release for this trigger. I can do so unless there are any objections.

Sounds good. As this has already had some distribution, may I suggest we rev to 0.2 to clearly distinguish it from the various 0.1 canaries out there? Not a biggie though!
