- Use spin_telemetry rather than setting up our own tracing subscriber. - Parse the Spin version from the environment. - Remove dependencies on is-terminal and tracing-subscriber (this unblocks SpinKube work) Signed-off-by: Caleb Schoepp <caleb.schoepp@fermyon.com>
