Allow providing a pre-compiled mapping database

I want to get my spotify/tidal sync as complete as possible. There are a couple of instances where the "search Tidal" approach doesn't work, e.g. "The Dave Brubeck Quartet" in Spotify should map to "Dave Brubeck" in Tidal, but this fails to happen automatically.

I propose that we add an option for providing a mapping file, which is something like a CSV mapping Tidal track IDs to Spotify track IDs. Then this can pre-populate the match cache before the main loop runs. This would allow users to provide their own track mappings and ideally collaborate on a big mapping repo that can give more accurate results than using search.
