Spring cloud cli documentation improvement

Hi,

I have documentation improvement proposition. You can mention in the documentation that Spring Cloud CLI won't work with Spring Boot CLI 3, as it dropped several commands needed by the Spring Cloud CLI (spring-projects/spring-boot#32263).
You can also mention that Spring Cloud CLI was removed from the Spring Cloud release train (https://github.com/spring-cloud/spring-cloud-release/wiki/Spring-Cloud-2022.0-Release-Notes#breaking-changes).
