Supoort JMAP blob #10

The JMAP Blob spec is now published as an RFC: https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9404.html, so as per the .
This library still looks like the best candidate for Thunderbird's eventual support of JMAP (see discussion), so full support for all the relevant specs would be great.
Side note: I noticed that Sieve scripts have been implemented despite not being published yet (see datatracker). Calendars (#3) look to be very close to publication (see datatracker), so perhaps it might be time to start thinking about implementing those as well?
