Does not work with Localizing Entries \ Multi-Site

When i switch active locale from the right sidebar - "Collaboration" still remain synced with the old one (incorrectly broadcast its values to any current active localization), until i completely reload the page.

Looks like editLocalization() does not emit any usable events?

This is a serious bug I am dealing with too...

Here are the two users on the same page, both on the English site:

If I switch the user to Chinese and update the title field, it will overwrite the English title.

First you see that it locks the same field even though the one user is on English and one is on Chinese:

Then if I make changes it replaces the English title with Chinese:

And it shows both users in the same presence channel even though they are on different pages.
