Quick Start Central System example over Websocket ocpp-j v1.6

hi!, I am quite new to Java and would like to learn how to use your library. I have been researching how to use the library, but I can't find any guide to help me start a central system. I would like to know if there is a quick guide somewhere that allows me to understand how to use the library. I would like to be able to build a central system over a OCPP-j v1.6 websocket.
