key undefined & onrenderselection selected undefined

Hi there,

i m getting error when removing the selected option through ajax call, as key undefined also when i m trying to use onRenderSelection it's also giving selected undefined.

I m using the class component and my react version is ^16.13.1.

Please help me to figure out the issue.
