Upgrade Java Operator SDK to v5

v5 of Java Operator SDK includes multi-cluster support in InformerEventSource.

In order to allow Access Operator to watch Kafka clusters in a remote Kubernetes cluster (requested in issue #44) we need to update the operator to use Java Operator SDK v5.

We should review the documentation for upgrading:

• from v4.4 to v4.5
• from v4.7 to v5
