New Task Flow Suggestion : Manage Users

Category: User account related

Scientific Motivation: Common across science team project softwares - User management, adding users, roles and permission management, resource allocations, project allocations, etc

Example: NERSC Iris

"Verify random subset"

For verification of long result lists (possibly with workflows including manual review already)

1. Select a random subset of N items
2. Present the subset as some sort of list that can be iteratively "reviewed" in some way by the UI (or offline by download)
3. Provide a tracking interface to record results/notes/status for each one
4. At the end, an option to download the result in a convenient format
