Admin rights etc

Hi stas, for some reason I seem to have some excess rights on this repo. It looks like I could close issues and merge PRs. I didn't try them, but the respective buttons are enabled for me.

Github doesn't allow any access
control for collaborators. So the
only alternative is to remove you
(and @bartoldeman ) from the
collaborators, but in this case I
also can't invite you to reviews.

It seems, github gives only
these options for personal
repos. If the repo belongs
to "organization" (like dosemu2),
then you get more control
over permissions.
