Can't open the website

Context

Hello,
When i go on gitexplorer.com, i have an error with my browser saying that website is not secured, if i bypass errors and want to continue, a lot of adds and weird website open...

Details :

Ublock tells me (in french):

À cause du filtre suivant :

When i try a ping command i have :

ping gitexplorer.com

Request timeout for icmp_seq 2

What i tried

I try with chrome, mozilla and safari
I try on another computer on Windows and other one on Macos

The link changes to another one and this takes you to an advertisement.
