The performance of the benchmark model is low #66

I used the benchmark models you provided and tested them directly without changing any hyper-parameters. However, I got only 25.5 mAP@0.5 results on ActivityNet with the C3D backbone, which is far from your reported (28.8%). I'd like to know if there is something wrong with your benchmark models or the settings?
