Link to ALARA doc

Currently the svalinn home page mentions but has no links for ALARA. It would be useful for http://svalinn.github.io to link to the ALARA documentation (e.g. https://trac.cae.wisc.edu/trac/svalinn/wiki/ALARADocumentation). This might not be the preferred documentation link, so I did not make a pull request myself.

Probably need to bite the bullet and move the ALARA docs to Sphinx/Github!
