Not able to setup site on the local system.

Hello, I am trying to set up the site on the local with the steps mentioned on GIT but getting errors after the npm run start. sometimes, it does not give any errors but keeps loading on the URL without any output.

Please check this.

Unfortunately this it related to webpack 4. It needs to be updated to v5
