Turn on when mouse keys enabled

Would like to have the highlight turn on when mouse keys in linux is enabled. Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks in advance

What exactly do you mean with mouse keys? How to you enable them? Currently, you can define hotkeys to toogle the highlight, for instance.
