smart_meter_analysis Code Cleanup and Variable Addition #49
Description
What
This repo is messy (patches, hardcoded where it shouldn't be, etc…) and only handles 5 Census variables. It needs to be streamlined, corrected, and expanded where necessary.
Why
The current version is not high quality enough to be made available publicly and may contain problems that distort the results of our analysis. Furthermore, if the methodology section is not updated miscommunication between team members can become a major issue.

Deliverables
- Merged PR that cleans up the repo, updates the methodology section, and adds in 20+ new Census demographic variables.
